Refund & Returns Policy – Klean

We’re dedicated to bringing you clean, high-quality health, wellness, and beauty products.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

Because our products are sourced and shipped internationally, we currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (such as change of mind or incorrect ordering).

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Send your email to Kleanhealth.storeshop@gmail.com and our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your issue is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at Kleanhealth.storeshop@gmail.com


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us with your order details and a photo of the issue.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we process and forward them to our suppliers quickly.
After that period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and wellness items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Skin and beauty tools

  • Supplements or consumables (such as gummies, capsules, or powders)

  • Soaps, creams, or personal-use items


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
