Shipping Policy – Klean

Order Processing

At Klean, we strive to deliver your wellness and beauty essentials as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Times

Our goal is to bring you premium-quality products at great prices — which is why we partner with trusted suppliers and fulfillment centers in China and other regions.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these are average estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or high seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 3–5 days for tracking details to become active after dispatch.

Multiple Shipments

To get your products to you faster, some orders may be shipped separately.
If your order includes multiple items, you might receive more than one package, each with its own tracking number.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once they reach your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll be happy to resend it once additional shipping fees are covered.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us so we can assist in tracking or replacing your package.
We will work closely with our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
